Mr. Reynolds was admitted to practice law in California and in the federal courts in 1987. Since then he has focused his practice on representing persons with personal injury and wrongful death claims caused by the negligence of others. Areas of Mr. Reynolds’s practice include automobile , bus, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents, persons injured through medical negligence, defective products, dangerous business or residential premises, and defective road conditions. Mr. Reynolds has handled cases involving traumatic brain injury, burns, disfiguring lacerations, serious orthopedic and neurological injuries, paralysis, and wrongful death.

Over the years, Mr. Reynolds has represented thousands of injured persons and won millions of dollars for his clients through pre-litigation settlement, mediation, arbitration, or jury trials. A few recent cases Mr. Reynolds has resolved include:

  • $5,000,000 settlement against the University of California San Diego Medical Center for medical malpractice;
  • $1,500,000 settlement for a bicycle accident involving a negligent third party and an underinsured motorist claim;
  • $925,000 settlement for the improper application of a TENS units on a post-surgery patient by a physical therapist;
  • $430,000 for a rear-end automobile accident;
  • $350,000 for a pedestrian accident.
